WATERTOWN, NY — Ryan P. Sanguinetti, 20, of 10614 5th Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 225, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 11:35 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, in the 100 block of Mullin Street with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
Police allege he possessed 25.33 grams of marijuana.
He was released to military custody and ordered to appear Oct. 17 in City Court.
