WATERTOWN, NY — Kyle A. Huff, 25, of 10324 Fourth Armored Div. Dr., Apt. 235, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 1:39 a.m. Saturday, March 9, in the 100 block of Arcade Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change.
His blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear March 20 in City Court.
