Fort Drum woman accused of trespassing, resisting arrest at tavern

WATERTOWN, NY —  Catherine T. Seales, 29, of 9666 Dayton Loop, Apt. C, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 12:56 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at 1 Public Square with trespassing, resisting arrest and second-degree harassment.

She is accused of remaining at The Paddock Club tavern despite repeated orders from staff and police officers to leave the area, according to court documents. She also pulled away from officers after being told she was under arrest and attempted to pull her hands away while patrols were handcuffing her, police said.

She is also accused of throwing a “balled up” sweatshirt into a police officers face while being processed at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building at about 1:57 a.m. Saturday, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear Oct. 9 in City Court.
