CLAYTON, NY — Frank D. Reed, 86, formerly of Clayton, died June 11, 2021, at Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. There will be a private graveside service with Military Honors at the family’s convenience at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Clayton.
