LOWVILLE, NY – Gail S. Kaldowski, 84, of Stowe Street, Lowville, passed away Wednesday afternoon, April 17, 2019, at her home, under the loving care of her family and Friends of Lewis County Hospice.
Gail was born Dec. 17, 1934, in Syracuse, NY, a daughter of the late Ralph and Luella (Churchill) Stowell. After graduating high school, she went onto work as a secretary and bookkeeper.
On April 5, 1957, she married Edward Kaldowski.
She was a 17-year volunteer for Friends of Lewis County Hospice.
Gail is survived by her husband, Edward; three children, Karen (Thomas) Castor of Burrville; Cynthia Kaldowski of Braningham; Kevin Kaldowski of Lowville; a brother, Ralph Stowell; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by three brothers, Gary, Clark and Neil Stowell.
No public services will be held.
