Gouverneur man accused of forcibly stealing man’s wallet in Watertown

WATERTOWN, NY —  Patrick C. Cyrus, 26, of 177 Park St., Gouverneur, was charged by Watertown police at 11:40 a.m. Monday, Nov. 16, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with third-degree robbery, a felony, and second-degree harassment.

Mr. Cyrus is accused of shoving Anthony M. Montoya, 28, to the ground and stole his wallet from his pants pocket at about 8:43 p.m. Nov. 10 at 515 Bradley St., according to court documents.

He was being held pending a video arraignment.
