CALCIUM, NY — Stephen K. Bartlett, 31, of 1116 Larch Circle, Apt. C, Gouverneur, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 1:11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Lake’s Trailer Park, 24428 Route 11, in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated and imprudent speed.
His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
He is ordered to appear Jan. 7 in LeRay Town Court.
