Charged @ 1:50 PM for Failed to Stop on a Steady Red Arrow at the intersection of W. Main Street and Clinton Street.  Subject stopped on Clinton Street in the Village of Gouverneur and issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Charged @ 9:42PM with No operable headlamps and Uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop on E. Main Street. Subject was issued traffic summonses returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Alexa B. Rayburn, 26, Richville, NY
Arrested @ 9:15 PM for No Inadequate lights (driver side), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of Motor Vehicle 3rd, Operating While Registration is Suspended/Revoked and Operating Without Insurance.  Defendant observed to be operating a black Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck bearing New York registration HZU6992 on E. Main Street with a defective driver’s side headlight.  Further investigation reveals that the defendant was operating said vehicle with a suspended registration for insurance lapse, has a suspended N.Y.S. driver’s license for failure to answer summons in the Gouverneur Town Court and operating said vehicle with no insurance.  Defendant was arrested and released with Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Arrested @ 7:45 AM at 72 Park Street Gouverneur for Criminal Mischief 3rd because he intentionally broke the front living room window during a domestic dispute with his mother. Subject was arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court and transferred to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on a $250 bail/$500bond.
