BLACK RIVER, NY —Â Carol Semrau, 74, passed away May 27, 2022 at Samaritan Summit Village, Watertown.
A graveside service will be held 12:30 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2002, in Black River Cemetery. A celebration of life will immediately follow at the Black River American Legion.
