CAPE VINCENT, NY — There will be a graveside committal service for Mr. Donald R. Votra, who passed away Jan. 6, 2022, on May 7, at 1p.m., at St. Vincent of Paul Cemetery, in Cape Vincent, with Father Donald Robinson officiating. A reception will be held following the service at Donald’s Farm on the Votra Road in Cape Vincent.
