GYMO announces addition of 3 partners

WATERTOWN, NY — GYMO Architecture, Engineering and Land Surveying, D.P.C (GYMO), an Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying and Construction Management firm based in Watertown, NY, is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter S. Clough, Partner and Zachary P. Scordo and Kevin M. Bamann, Associate Partners with the firm.

GYMO is one of the longest tenured design firms in the North Country founded in 1992.

Peter Clough

Peter Clough serves as the head of the Construction Management Division and brings twenty years of experience to the position. GYMO performs construction management services for K-12 Schools, Local Governments, State Agencies, Housing Authorities, and other entities.

Peter received his master’s degree from the Nelson Rockefeller School of Public Administration and his bachelor’s degree from Siena College. Prior to joining GYMO, he worked in the industry managing hundreds of millions of dollars in K-12, State Agency, Local Government and Not-for-Profit construction and served as the Asset Manager for Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes where he oversaw the development of the Company Asset and Property Management Plan as well as the renovation of 2,270 existing housing units.

Peter lives in the Town of LeRay with his wife, Candida, and children. Peter also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern New Builders Exchange and as President of the North Country Lacrosse League.

Zachary “Zach” Scordo

Zachary Scordo has worked with the firm since 2015 and currently serves as the Land Surveying Department Manager. Zach manages boundary, easement, topographic, subdivision, planimetric, ALTA/ACSM, as-built, construction, utility, three-dimensional GPS control network, and engineering design surveys.

Mr. Scordo is a graduate of SUNY ESF Ranger School where he received an associate degree in Surveying Technology and an associate degree in Sports Management from SUNY Jefferson.

Zachary lives in the Town of Wilna with his wife, Shelby.

 

Kevin Bamann

Kevin Bamann is a Civil Engineer and joined GYMO in 2016. Kevin manages commercial development, stormwater management, land planning, and site development projects for the firm.

Kevin received his bachelor’s degree from Clarkson University in Civil Engineering in 2015. Kevin lives in the Town of LeRay with his wife, Kathryn and their daughter.
