WATERTOWN, NY — Mayor Jeffrey M. Smith is proud to join the Ancient Order of Hibernians as they raise the Irish flag over City Hall on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021, at 12:30 p.m., along with the flag of the United States Navy in celebration of Commodore John Barry Day.
Joining Mayor Smith will be the City Council Members and AOH Division President William Flynn III.
Commodore John Barry is known as “The Father of the American Navy.”
