ALEXANDRIA BAY, NY — J. Frederick “Fred” Kocher, Alexandria Bay, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 17, at River Hospital. He was 97 years old.
Calling hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 26, at the Costello Funeral Home.
Entombment will take place 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, 2021, in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal, NY, with visitation prior.
