CLAYTON, NY —Â Janelle N. Perkins, 27, died at her home on County Route 5, on Friday, Nov. 29, 2019, where she was under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County. She had been ill on and off most of her life.
Born Oct. 7, 1992, in Watertown, the daughter of Edward and Beverly Salisbury Perkins, she graduated from Thousand Islands High School.
She worked for a time doing home care and for a time at the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
Janelle enjoyed baking, photography, babysitting, fishing, and really enjoyed talking.
Surviving are her father Edward, of Watertown; her mother and stepfather, Beverly (Richard) Branch; two brothers, Joshua and Edward III (Ariel), both of Watertown; paternal grandmother, Francis Rivers, of Watertown; maternal grandfather, Alexander Salisbury, of Chaumont; aunts; uncles; and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at the Depauville Fire Hall.
