WATERTOWN, NY – Joshua A. LaRock, 30, of Morrison Street, and formerly of Ogdensburg, NY, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020, at his home.
Josh was born on Feb. 8, 1989, in Ogdensburg, NY, the son of Almond Daniels and Loretta (LaRock) Bloomfield.
He was a high school graduate and was most recently employed as a housekeeper at Samaritan Medical Center. He truly enjoyed working.
Josh cherished spending time with his family and talking with his mom and Aunt Sylvia Cook. He enjoyed his late-night summer walks with his dogs. Enjoyed purchasing items for his new home. But most of all he loved spending time with his children in his backyard.
Josh is survived by his mother and step-father who loved him, Loretta and Karl Bloomfield of Queens, NY; a companion of six years and the mother of his children, Daesha Brossoit of Watertown; his three children, Olivia Goolden, Layton LaRock and Kyrinn Brossoit; a step-daughter who he was also a father to, Kaidence Brossoit; and four siblings, Jenny Crandall of Carthage; Brandi Lashbrooks of Gouverneur; Aleesha Wilmarth of Canton; and Daniel Neuroth of Watertown.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Mary Jane LaFave and an uncle, Gary LaRock.
Calling hours will be held 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020, at the LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home, Inc.
