WATERTOWN, NY — Calling hours for Kathy L. Rapholtz will be noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020, at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown. Funeral services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of her family.
Kathy passed away at home Thursday, Nov 12, 2020. She was 59 years old.
Born Sept. 2, 1961, in Lowville, Kathy was a daughter of Robert R. and Peggy A. (Brasie) Decker. She was educated locally and worked in the food service industry at several local establishments.
She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Decker-Brasie; her siblings, Patricia Maracle, Watertown, Tina LaFrancis, Glen Park, Timmy Weaver, Watertown, and Thomas Weaver, Calcium; her half-siblings, Tina Decker-Bradley, Debbie Decker, Scott Decker; and several nieces and nephews, including Victor Monoghan.
She was predeceased by her husband, Wesley Rapholtz, and two sisters, Connie Decker-Plake, Debbie Decker-Monoghan.
