THREE MILE BAY, NY —Â Kathy M. Claflin, 68, Three Mile Bay, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019, at the Samaritan Medical Center where she had been a patient since August 11.
She was born Feb. 18, 1951, in Watertown, the daughter to Carl F. and Myrtle L. Seery.
Kathy retired from Samaritan Medical Center after 45 years of service. She enjoyed shopping, going to rummage sales but most importantly she loved the time spent at her cottage with her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Adam (Amber) Claflin, Adams; a sister, Debbie (Patrick) Massaro, Syracuse; brother, Carl (Kathy) Seery, Chaumont; 4 grandchildren, Adam, Ariana, Mark, Mason and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Kathy was predeceased by her husband, Timothy Claflin, her sister Susan Rima and Larry Rima.
Per Kathy’s wishes there will be no services.
