MANNSVILLE, NY — Keitha M. Richer, 91, Mannsville, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at her home under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County.
Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, July 19, at the Carpenter-Stoodley Funeral Home, Belleville. Burial will follow the service in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Sandy Creek. Calling hours will precede the service from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born Jan. 9, 1928, in Watertown, a daughter to Linnie and Myrtle Hogan Hilton.
She enjoyed crafting with her rip out girls, working in her flower gardens and watching the hummingbirds, cardinals and owls in her backyard. Keitha was one to always stay active and enjoy being outdoors.
Surviving are four daughters, Linda (Clifford) Taylor, Sandy Creek; Loretta Eastman, Mannsville; Loraine (Gene Brimmer) Palmer, Lorraine; Labecca (David Manchester) Miller, Mannsville; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, two brothers-in-laws, Everett and Ralph Miller; several nieces, nephews and her kittie named Kittie.
Keitha was predeceased by her parents, two husbands, Howard Miller, Everett Richer; two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and her son-in-law James Eastman.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shriner’s Hospital at a location of one’s choice.
