COPENHAGEN, NY — On April 1, 2021, State Police in Lowville arrested James F. Smith (48) and Kerry L. Cooke (34) from Copenhagen, NY, for (2) counts of Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony.
Smith and Cooke were processed at SP Lowville and were arraigned in Lewis County Court.
They are scheduled to appear in the town of Pinkney Court on April 28, 2021, at 5:30 PM.
This investigation was conducted by members of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, which includes members of the New York State Police, Homeland Security Investigations, and the U.S. Marshals Service.
