LOWVILLE, NY —Â Cody Menard, 18, town of Denmark, was arrested by the Lowville Police Department after a complaint claiming he violated a Lewis County Family Court order of protection.
“Mr. Menard was charged with 14 counts of second-degree criminal contempt after the investigation revealed that he had sent 13 text messages and called the protected party on another occasion prior,” police said.
He is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
