LOWVILLE, NY — Shane M. Boshart, 31, Glenfield, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 17, with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
These charges stem from a reported physical domestic incident on June 12 in Lowville involving a woman, deputies said.
Mr. Boshart is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
