LOWVILLE, NY —Â Lowville village police charged a man and a woman Tuesday morning following a domestic incident on Railroad Street.
Kayla Noftsier, 25, Lowville, and Nicholas Chambers, 31, Watson, are each charged with endangerment of a child after allegedly fighting in front of a 4-year-old child, police said.
They are both summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
Police were assisted by NY State Police and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.
