WATERTOWN, NY — Mayor Jeffrey M. Smith will raise the rainbow flag in front of City Hall in honor of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2021. The mayor will be joined by all the Council members.
