GOUVERNEUR, NY — Libby A. Kinch, 55, Gouverneur, died on Feb. 29, 2024, at EJ Noble Hospital, Gouverneur. Allen-Denesha Funeral Home, DeKalb Junction, is entrusted with arrangements.  There will be a Celebration of Life on March 16, 12- 4 PM at the VFW in Gouverneur.
