Lillian M. Fuller, 91, Antwerp

ANTWERP, NY —  Lillian M. Fuller, 91, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Samaritan Summit Village in Watertown.

Calling hours will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2024, with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Reggie Curtis officiating at the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur, and burial to follow in Hailesboro Cemetery.

Lillian was born July 3, 1932, in Gouverneur, the daughter of Herman and Ella (Apple) Towne.

She graduated in 1950 from Gouverneur High School.

Lillian married William M. Fuller on Feb. 1, 1958, in Fowler.

Mr. Fuller, a retired employee of Gouverneur Talc, passed away on Oct. 17, 2024.

Lill worked at Cheeseborough Ponds in Watertown, retiring after 20 years.

She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, cheering on the New York Yankees and discussing politics but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Lillian is survived by her children, David and Marcia Fuller, Gouverneur, Tom and Pam Fuller, Antwerp, Aimee and David Dygert, Gouverneur, Tammie and Reg Golden, Three Mile Bay; a former daughter-in-law, Rose Fuller; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great, great grandchild with another on the way. She is also survived by her sisters, Florence Ashley, Brasher Falls, Elizabeth Paro, Sandy Creek, Carol Venton, Gouverneur, Lorraine Hand, New Jersey, and Virginia Towne, Boston, MA; several nieces and nephews.

Lill was predeceased by her parents, her husband, her siblings Nelson, Richard, Leland, and Herman Jr. Towne, Kathleen Lamont and Mildred Cornell.
