LOWVILLE, NY —Â Justin D. Marmon, 28, Lowville, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 2:24 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
“The arrest stems from an incident that took place at 5590 River St. in the village of Lowville where Marmon damaged a vehicle windshield by striking it with a flower pot,” deputies wrote.
Marmon is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at at a later date.
