LOWVILLE, NY —Â Alexis Rodriguez, 32, Lowville, was charged by Lowville police on Monday, Oct. 28, with forcible touching.
“It is alleged that while babysitting three children in the village of Lowville, Mr. Rodriguez touched an 11-year-old child,” police said.
He is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
