Lowville man charged with harassment

LOWVILLE, NYScott C. Tuttle, 41, Lowville, was charged by Lowville police on May 15 with second-degree harassment.

“The Lowville Police Department received a complaint where Mr. Tuttle went to a car and asked the operator for money. After being told no, Tuttle took off running. Late that day, Tuttle confront the operator again at he place of business,” police wrote.

He is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
