Lowville man cited with disorderly conduct at Stewart’s Shop, police say

LOWVILLE, NY — Randy B. Hellinger III, 27, Lowville, was charged by Lowville police at 9:50 p.m. Friday, May 17, with disorderly conduct.

Police received a complaint of a disorderly male at Stewart’s Shop, 7491 State St. “During the investigation, it is alleged Hellinger began yelling obscene language, became belligerent and refused to calm down,” police wrote.

He is summoned to appear in Village Court at a later date.
