LOWVILLE, NY — Tyler J. Flint, 22, Port Leyden, was charged by Lowville police at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
“The arrest stems from a physical domestic dispute that Mr. Flint was involved in on Dec. 29, 2019, with his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend,” police said.
“It is alleged that Mr. Flint subjected the female to unwanted physical contact by grabbing her and slamming her head into a wall several times.” Mr. Flint and the female victim have a one-year-old child in common and the incident occurred in front of the child, police said.
He was was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
