LOWVILLE, NY — The Lowville Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of 67 year old Paul R. Barker Jr. Barker has been reported missing to police since Monday Feb 27th at 7pm. He was last seen walking north on South State St near the Stewart Shop in the village. Barker resides in the Village of Lowville but has no vehicle. He has no known medical history but does have cataracts. Barker is a white male wearing a black and red snowmobile coat, blue jeans, brown boots, and black gloves and winter hat. He is 5’5 and weighs approximately 150 pounds and has grey hair. Barker could be in the Watertown area. Anyone with information is asked to call the Lowville Police Department at (315) 376-6511.
