Lowville woman charged with aggravated DWI in Watertown, troopers say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Molly J. Goodman, 31, Lowville, was charged by state police at 2:16 a.m. Saturday, June 15, at Franklin and Union streets with aggravated driving while intoxicated and a license plate violation.

A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. Troopers did not provide her BAC.

Ms. Goodman is summoned to appear in City Court at a later date.
