LOWVILLE, NY —Â Â Sapphire A. Christopher, 19, Lowville, was charged by Lowville Village Police Department at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, with endangering the welfare of a child.
“The charge stems from a domestic dispute that occurred on Dec. 29, 2019, in which Ms. Christopher engaged in a physical altercation with her 22-year-old ex-boyfriend and slapped his face,” police said.
Ms. Christopher and her ex-boyfriend have a one-year-old in common and the incident occurred in front of the child.
She is summoned to appear in Lowville Village Court at a later date.
