WATERTOWN, NY —Â Garrett T. Durdon, 25, of 28450 Perch Lake Road, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:24 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with attempted petit larceny.
Police allege he was “located inside a vehicle that did not belong to him and he had placed several items belonging to the victim, a 50-year-old woman, inside a bag with the intent to take said property,” at about 2:55 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, in the 200 block of E. Lynde Street, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear March 20 in City Court.
