WATERTOWN, NY — Richard J. Desormo, 39, of 336 W. Main St., Apt. 423, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:21 a.m. Friday, May 11, at his residence with second-degree harassment. It is alleged he punched Joshua D. Stevenson, 29, Watertown, in the side of his head during an argument at about 1:30 p.m. April 13 at 336 W. Main St., according to court documents. He is summoned to appear May 18 in City Court.
