WATERTOWN, NY — Joseph W. Franczak, 35, of 22177 Riverbend Dr. E., Watertown, wsa charged by Watertown police at 6:06 p.m. Sunday, March 17, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree harassment.
He is accused of punching Ann-Kio Jackson, 25, in her face with a closed fist at about 11:23 p.m. March 1 at Maggie’s on the River, 500 Newell St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear April 9 in City Court.
