WATERTOWN, NY — Jimmy J. Dipaola, 39, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. T6, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:16 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, at 1620 Huntington St. with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He is accused of providing marijuana and alcohol to two girls, ages 14 and 16, at about 6:00 p.m. Sept. 29 at his residence, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
