WATERTOWN. NY —Â Lakendrick A. Darby, 26, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 8:22 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Mo’s Place, 345 Factory St., with theft of services.
Police said he refused to pay for $15.17 worth of food he ordered and consumed at the diner at about 8:10 p.m. Wednesday.
He is summoned to appear Dec. 18 in City Court.
