WATERTOWN, NY —Â Lyle A. Walker, 50, of 19325 US Route 11, Apt. 102, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:38 a.m. Sunday at his residence with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Mr. Walker is accused of removing the sheet rock separating the apartments in a duplex at 513 Olive St. and enter the upstairs apartment without permission at about 2:33 p.m. Feb. 20, according to court documents. He also allegedly broke a window in the upstairs apartment door., police said.
He is summoned to appear June 5 in City Court.
