WATERTOWN, NYÂ —Â Rodrick D. Jenkins, 33, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 3:48 a.m. Monday, April 13, at Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St., with trespassing.
He is accused of remaining on the premises of the hospital after being advised by staff and police officers that he was not to enter the property, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear July 16 in City Court.
