Man accused of violating orders of protection

WATERTOWN, NY —  Henry Arencibia, 35, of 19226 US Route 11, Apt. 15, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:26 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, at 700 Nellis St. with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt.

Mr. Arencibia is accused of violating the terms of two stay-away orders of protection issued by City Judge Eugene R. Renzi when he went to the residence of the two protected parties at about 9:00 p.m. Monday, according to court documents.

He was being held pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
