WATERTOWN, NY —Â Henry G. Plitt, 25, of 108 N. Rutland St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:06 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, in the 200 block of State Street with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
He is accused of engaging in a fight with another male on a sidewalk on Public Square, according to court documents. He fled on foot and was taken into custody in the 200 block of State Street.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Dec. 2 in City Court.
