WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Michael J. Buncy, 55, of 10 Pioneer Lane, Delevan, NY, was charged by Watertown police at 8:04 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at Tops shopping market, 1330 Washington St., with second-degree criminal contempt.
Mr. Buncy is accused of violating the terms of a stay-away order of protection when he was found with the protected party, Jeanna M. Lechner, 48, Hamburg, in a vehicle in the Tops parking lot, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Sunday night in town of Watertown Court.
