WATERTOWN, NY — Richard A. Wolf Jr., 51, of 25 Trewlane Dr., Rochester, was stopped by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 12:22 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, in the southbound lane of Interstate 81 in the town of Watertown.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
Mr. Wolf is ordered to appear Feb. 7 in Town of Watertown Court.
