WATERTOWN, NY —Â Melbourne E. Joseph, Jr., 72, Watertown, sadly left this earth, but now rests in the loving arms of his master on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019, at the Samaritan Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 24, 1946, in New Orleans, a son to Melbourne E. and Maria Romano Joseph, Sr.
Mel worked for several years as an executive director for NECA, Ogdensburg, NY.
Mel touched so many lives and had much great experience in life.
He proudly served his country in the U.S.M.C from 1964 to 1970.
Mel is survived by his wife, Jean, his children, Melbourne E. (Trey) Joseph, New Orleans; Robert Joseph, Georgia; twin sons, Jordan B and Wyatte A. Joseph, Watertown; and his sister Gayle Joseph, LA.
Per his wishes there will be no services.
