WATERTOWN, NY — Constance L. Bellinger, 73, formerly of Watertown, passed away the morning of Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at her home in Mansfield, Texas under the care of her family. The memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Trinity Episcopal Church, 227 Sherman St., Watertown, N.Y., with the Rev. Barb Schmitz, officiant. A reception in the Macsherry Parish Hall will immediately follow the memorial service.
