WATERTOWN, NY — Elnora “Ellie” Mesires, 80, formerly of Watertown and Alexandria Bay, passed away on Jan. 27, 2018, surrounded by her family.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. July 28, 2018, at Church of Saint Lawrence, 7 Fuller St., Alexandria Bay.
A reception will follow immediately at the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, NY.
