BELLEVILLE, NY — A Masonic service followed by a memorial service for James E. Barnard will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at the Belleville United Methodist Church. Burial will be private in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mr. Barnard passed away on April 10, 2018, at the Hospice House of Jefferson County, Watertown, NY.
