PHILADELPHIA, NY — Memorial services for William C. Burns, 87, of Philadelphia, will be held on Sunday, August 6, starting at 12:30pm at the Philadelphia Methodist Church, followed by a Celebration of Life at the Philadelphia American Legion on Sunday afternoon. Mr. Burns passed away on June 30, 2023, in Carthage. Arrangements are with the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage.
