LOWVILLE, NY — A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held for Wilma Clemons on Saturday, Aug. 22, outdoors at the Clemons camp in New Boston off from Route 177. She passed away March 28, 2020.
The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. for family and the Celebration of Life will follow at 2 p.m. for friends and family.
